Sauvignon Blanc Lunch & Learn - April 12

April 12, 2025 12:00 PM until April 12, 2025 01:30 PM

Join us for a bright and refreshing afternoon exploring the world of Sauvignon Blanc, one of the most expressive and versatile white wines on the planet.

This Lunch & Learn experience will feature a guided tasting of three unique Sauvignon Blancs from celebrated wine regions—Marlborough (New Zealand), the Loire Valley (France), and Napa Valley (California). Each wine has been carefully selected to showcase the grape’s range of styles, from zesty and tropical to mineral-driven and subtly oaked.

Our sommeliers will lead a fun and educational discussion on the grape’s global identity, how terroir shapes its character, and what to look for in a truly balanced Sauvignon Blanc.

Each wine will be paired with a chef-curated dish designed to highlight its unique flavor profile. The experience concludes with our signature SAVI Limoncello Cake—the perfect sweet finish.

This is more than a tasting—it’s an exploration of tradition, craftsmanship, and culinary harmony.
